Again, it was a little daunting going back for a second time.  You don’t want to go back a third time. Four members in our group were also going back a second time.  Once again, we went with Alpine Ascents and were pleased with the service and the guides.  Marisa took extra care with her lungs by wearing buffs/ balaclavas as much as possible and still she developed a cough at high camp. The weather wasn’t as nice as our 2013 trip, and we had many cold and snowy days. We had a scare midway through the trip with predictions that the low pressures would continue to roll in and prevent anyone from summiting the rest of the season.  This turned out not to be the case and we summited on a beautiful sunny day.  Marisa led the charge on summit day and I found myself struggling to keep up with her.
